ScopeItem:BKP Storage location suggestions when returning to customer(Send Back to Customer)

Hi Expet！

I would like to use ScopeItem:BKP to achieve the following.

①A customer has returned a product and the returned product has been placed into storage location 151R.
　Sales Order Type: Register the Sales Order with CBAR.
　The parameters are as follows:
　・Follow-up: 0001 Receive into Plant
　・Next Follow-up: 0021 Send Back to Customet
　Select 151R as the Storage Location for the Return Sales Order.

② Move product from Storage Location 151R to Storage Location 151A.

③ Create the Outbound Delivery for the return to the customer using the app "Enter Inspection Resluts".
　When creating a Outbound Delivery, I want to ship from Storage Location 151A, not from Storage Location 　151R.

Please tell me how to achieve this.

To achieve the scenario you described using the Scope Item BKP in SAP S/4HANA Cloud, you can follow these steps:

1. **Register the Sales Order with CBAR:**
- Create the Sales Order with the order type that is configured to use the process for returned materials. Ensure to include the return information properly.
- Set the 'Follow-up Action' parameters as specified (Receive into Plant and Send Back to Customer).

2. **Change the Storage Location:**
- After the returned product is stored in Storage Location 151R, you can create an internal stock transfer to move the product from Storage Location 151R to Storage Location 151A. This can be done by creating a Stock Transfer Order or a Transfer Posting.

3. **Adjust Outbound Delivery for the Return:**
- When creating the Outbound Delivery for shipping the product back to the customer, make sure to enter the correct storage location (151A) in the delivery document manually if it's not automatically picked up.
- To do this, within the delivery creation process (possibly via "Enter Inspection Results" or the relevant outbound delivery app), ensure that you specify 151A as the shipping storage location.
