Hi Expert！

I want to use "63Y:Warranty Claim Management -Customer Claim Processing" as a Scope Item in the Service area.

However, it seems that Scope Item:63Y has not been released in Japan.

When will it be released？

As you noticed the Scope Item 63Y is available in public cloud globally but not yet released for Japan in your tenant. Check the Japan Localization release schedule through Roadmap Explorer or pen a support incident to get an official date from SAP.

The Road Map Viewer is now accessible via the link https://me.sap.com/roadmapviewer. As before, it is available to Customers, Partners and SAP employees. Public access has been discontinued.
