Scope ID: 1WO test - V1 215 "Requirements are not fulfilled for Condition PIC1"

Dear SAP,

In Credit memo for Intercompany (Billing type: CICM), we are unable to change the value for the condition type PIC1 - Intercompany Price which is copied from the reference Intercompany invoice.

Which is contradicting to the test script of the SCOPE ID 1WO. We are getting error: V1 215 "Requirements are not fulfilled for Condition PIC1"

Dear Customer,

The determination of cost is controlled by the item category used in the document. If it is set the condition value for the PIC1 / PIC2 will be calculated.

But the setting is overruled in case the intercompany billing is followed by an intercompany credit memo (as an example). In this case the determination of cost is switched of (standard behavior).

Please check the following possible scenarios in your system for your document:

Option A: If for the intercompany billing document where the condition PIC1 is not possible to calculate (pricing analysis shows an issue in finding a condition record) the follow-on document with billing type CICM will not have a condition PIC1. And due to the switched cost determination, the condition cannot be entered.

Option B: For the intercompany billing document – the condition PIC1 was created in pricing – the follow-on document with billing type CICM would have the same condition and the same condition value in the pricing document. But due to the same requirement it is not changeable.

That means changing price in a follow-on document (intercompany billing to intercompany credit memo) could not be handled by conditions which are using the requirement 22.
