We have a case study that I don't know how to do in SAP ByDesign. We have to create one service order and we want to make scheduling by making it repeat very period (even intervals) without need to create it again,
For example, I have a service order for the maintenance of a machine, and this order contains services and spare parts. I want this order to be repeated monthly so that where the date is near, a notification is sent to the maintenance engineer/service performer, and he is alerted of the maintenance date a day before, so the engineer knows the date of the next maintenance which will appear in his calendar.
How can I do this from service order. please
