Scheduled report not Sending,

Hello All,

I hope someone here has any idea of where my problem could be.

Quick Info on what we are running.

• SAP B1 V10.0
• SAP is hosted on a Cloud server and not Locally.
• I am not the admin for the system but i am the Admin for the local Database i am working with.
• We have other Databases for our other companies on the same Server.
• The full Admin is not really any help and does not really seem to care much so i am trying to figure out what needs to be done so i can tell him what needs to be fixed/changed

And here is my Issue

I am Trying to setup sending scheduled reports that our customer want everyday.

When i Schedule the report i get a failed status and no Error Log.

Before i had gotten the following log but now it is not even giving me one anymore.

Looking for first schedule to be executed before/on

SAP B1 client did not update new schedule date and time! Deactivating the schedule to prevent infinite loop.

An error occured while creating report by SAP B1 Client

I have since fixes the problem with the Mail configuration under Administration/System Initialization/ General Settings.

I have also fixed so that The mailer has access to the Attachment and other folders so that i can pull documents.

I can now send Invoices or other documents directly but not any reports.

below are screenshots of the failed reports, i have tried selecting only PDF/HTML/XML and nothing works.

The user for this report is mine and i am a Superuser.

And Here is a Overview that i am able to send mails.

So is there any other configuration that i do not have access to that needs to be changed?

As i have stated the Admin of the entire SAP does not really care much and is not much help to me, i also do not have access to the mailer or anything else besides SAP itself.

Having a similar issue, my admin team is suggesting to restart the services and check again
