Schedule Line quantity is not getting confirmed despite of available stock

Hi Experts,

A user has created a SO (157216) with 5 line items (5 different item category). The system is confirming the schedule line item quantity for 10, 20, 30 & 50 line items, but not 40.

Though, there is enough stock in relevant plant; the system is not confirming the quantity (1 no.) in schedule line item.

Similar case is with another SO (157217, 10, 20) with different item category.

Business is looking of quantity confirmation in schedule line of SO and delivery creation in case of Reservation also (Stock is not necessary). But, GI must be done when there is stock only.

I am attaching all the screen shots here.

I tried finding similar issue in SDN but could not succeed. I did not the get same issue there.

Please check and suggest me. Thanks in advace!!

FYI, I made a small config. settings of including "Including Reservations" under In/Outward movements and "Incl. depend. reservations" for Availability check control.

I am not sure, if that link can help me. I tried those options also but it didn't worked for me.

Were you able to resolve the issue?
I am facing the same, but the difference is that when I create orders for 1 customer it confirms, but it does it but after I save the SO the confirmation desaperars.

Can you please share any knowledge?

Check for any open orders which is holding on to the stock of that item via VA05 .

Your question is like below

SO (157216) Line item 10, 20, 30,40, and 50 out this all are able to confirming like 10, 20, 30 and 50 except 40. If item categories are different. Can you past MB51 copy here and

check the inventory type,

has inventory changed to sales inventory type then I will confirm other wise it will not, If your system doesn't have auto configuration for sales inventory type then you need to do MB1B

Not sure where you have checked. If you have checked in MMBE and concluded yourself that stock is there, then you might be wrong since whatever you see under Unrestricted in MMBE is inclusive of all blocked stocks. Check in CO09 and see system is showing the required stock there.

and there is also no evidence in any of your screenshots that you have project stock for the WBS that is used in your sales order
