SCASE not working for processes and forms in S/4hana onprem

Hi, we are converting to s/4hana 2022 s2 onprem and we have an issue with scase and rms asr_pobj.

New forms do not save any info and there is no old data. Opening scase and searching givs 0 hits.

Is there any steps you have to take to make scase work for s/4hana and processes and forms? We are using the FPM-forms? Not Adobe. We converted one form to Fiori-form but it does not show in the app. Could it be the scase issue?

Yes! There is a whole group of steps to set up Case Mgmt for HCM P&F correctly.
- set up Case Mgmt number range for case numbers for HCM P&F

- copy case types

- copy case profiles

You should find these in config. Literally just had to do these last week in our Hana environment. haha

Wait....I thought you were moving TO Hana "fresh". You shouldn't have to config it all again....but I would check to make sure config is still there and correct (can't hurt). If that looks good, I would check auth for Case Mgmt objects.

I did som checks and the config seams correct. But still no data. I checked some tables and they have data.
Auth is a next step then. I did a Su53 but it did not give anything.
