Scale base value - where can I see the formula

Hello.

I'm working on adding Bollo on a pricing procedure using standard(not modified) pricing condition BOLL and so far I adapted the instructions provided in 2 SAP Notes, 3044602 and 715399 to my case - in my scenario Bollo is paid bt the company so the 2 EUR value is a statistical one so I'm not using MWBO.

I also added the pricing condition record and the scale - one requirement is that Bollo is applicable only if the total net value of the invoice is greater than.77,47 EUR

Now I'm facing the following issue: I have debit or credit memo invoices where the total net value of a document is say 50 EUR - so Bollo's condition should be inactive - and but when I look at the BOLL's Condition details I can see that Scale base val. field shows 360 EUR (and thus BOLL becomes active) and I have no idea how did I end up with this value. I noticed that this number, 360, seems to be related with other values that belong to statistical conditions but not with the net document value that I need.

Can anyone indicate a way to understand what values are being consolidated in that field or what formula is used there?

Thank you

Hello.

I gave up trying to understand the standard program and simply limited the scope of BOLL to the net value using start / stop steps in pricing procedure, this did the trick, now I have net value in the base value field - meaning the BOLL can be correctly determined - instead of N * net value I was no able to find an explanation for...

Thank you

I have just found your question, so that is why I am replying late. It is explained in the SAP note 834174

You can see the routine for scale assigned to the condition in transaction V/06. You can see the code contained in the routine via transaction VOFM or by opening the routine from V/06 directly (via F4 input help on the field).

Hello.

BOLL has no routine assigned to it, please see attached picture

hence my question that formed the title of this post.

I researched this topic and found SAP Note 39034 but even after reading it I don't have an explanation due to the fact numbers don't add up. In other words, I'm only down to receiving some meaningful answer from this forum or ask help from ABAP in the sense of asking to do debugging on standard program (and everybody, both functional and programmers hate to do that)...

Thank you.

That is the Group Routine - you need to look a bit more further down for settings regarding the scale. Alternatively, maybe there is a routine assigned to the condition itself in the pricing scheme (transaction V/08) which could influence the scale base value.

Hello.

Here's the one from Scales window:

Indeed in the pricing procedure there are some requirements/routines linked to the use of BOLL but they are nothing but standard ones and in the combination indicated by SAP in the mentioned Notes in my first posting:

but when I look at the BOLL's Condition details I can see that Scale base val. field shows 350 EUR

Please share the screen shot of condition tab and where you were seeing the scale base value

Hello.

Here you are, the number is actually 360::

Based on some reading in the last days I believe the Conditions tab will help here so I'm providing it, there are 3 entries here that can add up to 360:

Thank you.
