SBO Mailer from Opportunity screen, not showing the mail id of business partner

Hello Community , 

Facing a problem, when selecting the SBO Mailer oprtion from opportunity screen, system is not fetching the email id of the business partner , rather showing the mail id of the owner, sharing the screenshot for this. But in other screens the email id mentioned for Business Partners are showing automatically in SBO Mailer option. 

This problem is appearing only in opportunity screen, need guidance for this

I don't know for sure. But it seems to me that this is a business rule of the system. Because when you have a sales order, you wan't to send it to your customer, but when you just have the opportunity, you are still in negotiation, so Sales Opportunity is more a document for your internal control, and because of that you will want to send the email "by default" to the owner of this negotiation. 

Anyway, you can still manually add the customer to receive the e-mail.
