SBO mailer for mysql not working

Hello,

I am now configuring my sbo mailer for my sap b1 (version 10.0) (mysql version). 

When I run the service manager as administrator, select the service as 'Job Service - Mailer', the buttons (for start, pause, stop) are all grey. The button for 'Database' is also grey. ( I finished the smtp server setup in the Settings

I am pretty sure the smtp server is working (I successfully set a smtp server for a hana version)

When I go to the SLD, all the Alert and Mailer is enabled under the 'DB Instances and Companies' Tab.

Then I go to the 'Services' tab, then go to the 'Job Service - Alert' page, there is only 'Alert Settings', no 'Mailer Settings'

In the SAP Business One Client, I found there is a warning signal on the bottom right of the 'Message Alert Overview' icon
