SBO 2005 DBDatasource

Hi guys,

I have a (vb .Net 2003) Project with a DBDatasource that I've used in SBO 2004 patch level 31.

I have converted the project to SBO 2005 (patch level 5 and then patch level 7). Now the .Query method is acting up. It throws an exception <b>"Data Source - Invalid Table Name"</b>.

The table name is valid because if its not - SBO won't allow the binding of the name (it is @SOS_GP_DETAIL).

I've tried it with conditions and without, but to know avail.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I gave the wrong information : my table name was @SOS_GP_Detail (lower case)

I changed it to @SOS_GP_DET (uppercase) and now it works with the DBDatasource.

Is this CRAZY or what???????

I'm not sure, but I think the problem is the '@' sign. Do you have any code?

Hi Barend,

try to use '[]' signs e.g.: SELECT * FROM [@SOS_GP_DETAIL]
