SAP WM: Non SU - Multiple Transfer Orders from same bin

Dear,

I have a scenario where we have a WM stock which is non SU.

Example: there are 100PC is stock in the storage bin and we have deliveires requiring 10PC each.

For the 1st delivery it creates a TO to pick 10pc from this storage bin. For the 2nd delivery we get an error "sock not found" because of the previous open TO from delivery 1.

Is there a setting which allows creation of multiple TO from the same storage bin for the same material at the same time?

Hello Sudhir,

As far as I know, the system only allows multiple picking from the same quant in multiple processing scenarios.

1. By bundling deliveries together in a group with WM reference, so they all are picked with the same TO.

2. By bundling deliveries to be picked using 2 step procedure. In that case the 1st step will totalize the amounts to be picked for same material/batch and will only create one item, then in the second step you split the quantities across the individual deliveries.

If the 100 PC are actually multiple pallets, then activating SU management will provide some help on that, as you'll have separate quants for each SU and the TO blocking occurs at quant level. But still it will not allow more than one TO item to be picked from each SU at the same time except for multiple processing.
