SAP window frozen after lock windows

Hi,

Tthe SAP B1 client frozens after windows lock screen.

It doesn't even responds by clicking or right clicking on the windows task bar.

The PC uses windows 10 and SAP B1 is HANA 10 2208.

It happens with different users SAP was already removed and reinstalled.

Any ideia how to solve this ?

It is a known scenario documented in SAP Note 3367331 and 3424945.

In order to resolve the issue, kindly upgrade to the latest available patch.
