sap transports tracking in 2sl system

I would like to know is there any possibility to tracking of transports in 2sl system for public cloud as it is causing so many disruptions between people who is having access for it .

kindly let us know the possibilities to track changes  before transporting it

As mentioned in SAP Help Portal - The Q to P transport process in detail, you can click on View Change History in the Manage Your Solution app to track all changes that have been made in previous change projects.

Extract from help page:

To track all changes that have been made in previous change projects, in the Manage Your Solution app choose View Change History. A list of all previous change projects and their corresponding statuses is displayed. To display details about a change project on the list, click the symbol > to the right of the corresponding entry. The following details are displayed:

• Date of creation
• Creator of the project
• Date and time of deployment
• Information about project team
• Test results
• Configuration that was changed

For every change, a user can add a note that describes the details of the change. You can download the change log in PDF format.
