Hi,

I have a requirement i have to make Absence type ie Sabbatical leave as unpaid absence i configured in table t554s_G & t554c

User is maintain the leave in IT 2001 for one year ,but still the employee is getting salary for that period , please let me know any pcr to make these absence type unpaid in TM

Please help!!

Go through log and check how reduction is happening when other unpaid absences are used so that you will get an idea, if we changing factoring logic then it works accordingly we will have to find out whether any changes are made or not then accordingly we have to implement new absence type.
