SAP Time Management T510S settings help

Hi experts, I have the following scenario that I would like to solve in T510S WITHOUT using DWS or Day Types.

I would like to solve it (if possible) using T510S Conditions Time.

The scenario is,

Any shift finishing between 8:00 and 18:00 gets no wage type. Example: shift starts 23:00, and finishes 8:30, no shift allowance.

Any shift finishing between 18:00 and 23:59 gets all worked hours at wage type 1ABC (20% shift allowance). Example: shift starts 13:00, finishes 21:30. Wage type 1ABC 8.5hrs

Any shift finishing between 24:00 and 07:59 gets all worked hours at wage type 1ABB (30% shift allowance). Example: shift starts 21:00, finishes 5:30. Wage type 1ABB 8.5hrs

I know I can solve this using DWS Class but I would like to see if this can be solved using T510S Conditions Time as time entries come from clocks.
