SAP SOP Transfer plan from SIS

Hi 

I would like to clarify some thing regarding to SAP SOP (Sales and Operations planning).

I need to create plan, based on historical data of sold products. I can get this from table LIPS for deliveries with movement type 601.

Desired process is to run MC87 > Edit > Create sales plan > Transfer plan from SIS.

MC24 Create update rule

OVRA Maintain Statistics Groups for Customers

OVRF Maintain Statistics Groups for Material

SPRO>Logistics - General>Logistics Data Warehouse>Updating>Updating Control>Settings: Sales>Statistics Groups>Maintain Statistics Groups for Sales Documents

SPRO>Logistics - General>Logistics Data Warehouse>Updating>Updating Control>Settings: Sales>Statistics Groups>Assign Statistics Groups for each Delivery Item Type

OMO1 Activate SIS Update

Questions are:

1. How to fill new SIS by old data?

2. When we create new deliveries and goods issue, should be new SIS table updated automatically. Or should we update it via  custom program or something else?
