SAP shutdown

Many times following error shows and SAP is shutdown. Can anyone what is the issue, why it happens??

The program SAP Business One.exe version 10.0.180.0 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed. To see if more information about the problem is available, check the problem history in the Security and Maintenance control panel.

We would like to inform you that we have a known issue as per the SAP Note 3279943. Can you please refer to it and confirm if this is the same scenario?
