Is it possible to create a operation with control key PM03 and add a service in the maintenance order in SAM?

Hi experts!

As i checked in the SAP documentation for Maintenance Technician persona, there is no topic related to add service in the order. 

I checked the ConfigPanel and there is no OMDO Service that indicate to add a service to a maintenance order. 

if it is possible to configure SAM to add service in an order, could you please indicate?
