SAP Service and Asset Manager 2210 - Goods Issue - UOM Issue

Hello Experts

We are in the process of enabling the Inventory Clerk persona in the SSAM 2210 application. As part of that, we are facing an issue when we post the Goods Receipt/Good Issue against PO/Reservation from the mobile application.

'Unit ST is not created in language EN' - If post from device where we have language set as Danish.

'Unit PC is not created in language DA'- If post from device where we have language set as English

Can you please help us on this?

I had the same error, but not related with the language of the device. We got the error when user's language attribute in SU01 was set to "EN" (English) whereas the device language was "ES" (Spanish). Issue was solved when we adjusted the attribute to "ES". Hope this can be useful to you.
