SAP SD VOFM Pricing Requirement routine not working correctly

Hi All, 

I have a reqiurement to set one Price Calculation Condition at the Position level active on the basis of currency. i.e. If the Currency in the sales order header is same as the Condition type currency only then this condition type should be displayed in pricing else not.

I have created a new Pricing Requirement routine, the logic in this routine is working fine but still the condition is being displayed always. 

In the Pricing Analysis, I can see that the Condition type is first set as not considered and then again its being found.

Any help why is it behaving like this or How to achive this Requirement
