SAP S4/Hana (Public) Cloud Profit Center Group missing

I have deployed the "SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition" Solutio scenario in my TDD Public Cloud tenant, but standard profit center group YBPH has not been delivered.

Despite assigning all of the standard business roles to my user, I am unable to create it as I get this error:

I need to create a Profit Center Group and Profit Center in order to create Cost Centers.

What could I possibly be missing?

Hello samoroso,

As detailed in the screenshot, there is an Authorization issue for the user trying to make the changes. 

We would advise running an authorization trace for the affected user and resolving any authorization errors or assigning the correct Business Catalog Roles.
