Hello Experts,
I've configured the below steps to achieve email notification for Credit Memo Process Approval Workflow, but still I'm not able to receive a email notification for the same. Please advice if I'm missing anything in here.
1. Created workflow rules for Credit Memo and also did Manage Teams and Responsibilities
2. Created a custom template using Maintain Email Template (Approval Request for Credit Memo Request SD_SLS_CMR_APPROVAL_EMAIL_TMPL)
3. Configured Sender Email Address
4. Changed the settings in Output Parameter Determination.
Still I'm not receiving an email after the creation of Credit Memo.
Please advice.

Please ensure the you have DKIM enabled as per 1LQ set up guide. Also check you have done and maintained setting for sender Domain.Sending emails requires defining allowed email domains, as well as sender and recipient email addresses
