SAP S4 Hana material availability check in production order

Hello Experts,

I am facing an issue during material availability check in production orders.

Current config setting

My issue is though material 800050003 has stock of 21, it is not committing any stock for order 1010480. For other orders it is committing full available stock of 21 qty. I tried to change dates in 1010480 order, still same issue.
