SAP S4 HANA CDS View for Product Availability

Is there a CDS view in S4 HANA system that would accept product, plant, storage location and Check Rule as input and provide the Availability information of the product.

We have requirement to read the ATP of the product during order substitution processing, this might need multiple products to be evaluated for ATP and calling the BAPI_MATERIAL_AVAILABILITY may be a overkill - so if there is a CDS view it will be much helpful.
