Hi Team,
I am trying to create an in-house repair order as follow-up activity after receiving the item as a return order using ARM. I managed to create the return and receive it, however, at the point of creating the in-house repair order its failing.
Based on the log the error is:
I have updated these items as well
1. At the material master level the serial number profile is added
2. The same serial number profile has the ADVR procedure is assigned to this procedure as well
If there is any information you can share that would really help.
