SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud_FSCM_credit limit_custom approval workflow

Hello Experts, 

We have a requirement to create custom workflow approval workflow on value based to two level for approval. 

Requirement : 

To create custom approval workflow when the credit limit exceeds INR 5000000 for 7 days & if the customer credit limit exceeds the above value then approval should be triggered to 2 levels.

Please advise whether this custom approval workflow in FSCM is possible or not in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.

Hi Vivek, Here is the business requirement. If a customer has exceeded credit limit of INR 5000000 and the maximum credit period 7 days, it should trigger an approval workflow (for case that exceeds the time or amount) to both CEO (Level 1) & Managing Director (Level 2) and it should be approved by both of them (CEO & MD)Thank you, kind regards Thangaraj Thomas

Apologies for the delayed response.

It seems you are currently using Basic Credit Management (BD6), which does not support workflow functionality. However, if you opt for the Advanced Credit Management (1QM) scope item, workflow functionality becomes available. Please note that the 1QM scope item requires an additional license. With some customization, I believe we can meet your requirements

Hi Vivek, Thank you for your advise. we are indeed using Advanced Credit Management (1QM) scope item. However, I'm afraid whether this kind of business requirement (triggering to 2 level of approvers at the transaction level for both credit limit and credit period) can be achieved in Standard. In case if we need to route it through customization, whether custom workflow possibility is there in SAP S/4HANA cloud public edition. Thank you
