SAP S/4HANA PP - Rework Process for Make-to-order Products

Dear Community,

I implemented a rework process for make-to-stock products where i created a storage location for incoming products and a storage location for outgoing products after they were repaired. Now i want to create the same process for make-to-order products but i am not sure how to handle the storing of those products as every item needs an own storage location to make sure they dont get mixed up. A customer should receive same products they sent to the company for the rework/repair as those products are engraved. Does anybody know how this specific requiirements can be fullfilled?

Hi Emir Salibasic

As mentioned in the above reported issue, (Based on my understanding)

A customer should receive same products they sent to the company for the rework/repair as those products are engraved. (Assuning engraved with some Serial Number)
===========================================================================
If those Produts are mainatined with Serial Numbers, You can track with Ref. to the Serial numbers, associated with the Sales Order, which is linked to Prodcution Order, which linked to the Rework order
