SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition(GROW) scope item; production order without PP master

The past QA seems that it's possible to use production order without PP master instead of CO production orders(KKF3) in SAP S/4 HANA cloud public edition (GROW).

I checked scope item 3F0 as mentioned answer.
It seems there are reporting functions for event-based processing costs, work in progress, instructions, etc. but it does not include the registration of manufacturing instructions or the entry and exit of instructions.
I have checked other scope items and I have confirmed that it is possible to register, issue, and receive instructions for items without a PP master (BOM/operation procedure) in BJN scope item (production order type:YBW1). However, since this scenareo is merely a rework manufacturing instruction process, I think that cases where items without a PP master are manufactured are outside the standard.

Based on the above, there are any scope items that can increase production inventory without using the PP master?
And if so, what is the ID?

OR,  is it OK to use for production without BOM or work procedures even if BJN is a scope item intended for rework?

Public cloud 3F0 event-based production costing as of now does not support CO production order (04), but only production order (10), process order (40) and product cost collectors (05). We are currently in the requirement collection phase of CO production order, could you please leave your email that we could talk in call on the customer's business needes for CO production order?

No, that is not possible. But as I said we now have plan to open CO production order on public cloud, please contact us if any concrete customer is asking for that.
