SAP S/4HANA 2023 and Concur-Integration

Dear all,

we are moving from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA 2023 (brownfield conversion) and we are using Concur.

The installed Add-Ons are CTE_FND, CTE_FIN and CTE_HCM. SAP ERP-TO-CONCUR INTEGRATION Release 1.0 SP 21.

Now when preparing the S/4 HANA system for the migration, do we have to deinstall the Add-Ons or do they have an integrated deinstallation routine? I know that the Add-Ons are not required, but in the Maintenance Planner we need this information.

Dear Afzal,

please DON'T deinstall the CTE_* add-ons. 
An upgrade from SAP ECC to S/4HANA 2020 upwards is supported and the add-ons are automatically transformed into the S/4HANA Core Source Code. 
If you would uninstall the add-ons you would loose all your data, which could lead to business issues.

The following info is contained in there:
Starting with release S/4HANA 2020 your system will automatically receive the newest software version, since the integration functionality will be delivered as a core functionality and not as add-on anymore.
There are no additional steps required before or after upgrade when upgrading from the add-ons to the releases S/4HANA 2020 and higher.
