SAP S/4 Out-of-the-Box Functionality in Plant Maintenance and EHS – Std. Features vs. Add-On Licens.

Hello SAP Experts,

I am currently exploring SAP S/4HANA and would like to understand the out-of-the-box (standard) functionalities available in the Plant Maintenance (PM) and Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) modules, without requiring any additional licensing or add-ons cost. 

Specifically, I would like to know:

1. Work Clearance Management (WCM) & Permit to Work – Are these included as standard features in SAP S/4HANA, or do they require a separate license?
2. Standard EHS Functionalities – What key capabilities are provided by default for incident management, risk assessment, and compliance tracking?
3. SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Features – Which functionalities are pre-configured in areas like work order management, preventive maintenance, and resource scheduling?
4. Integration & Enhancements – How does SAP S/4HANA handle cross-module integration (e.g., EHS & PM) without additional costs, and what enhancements are available within the standard system
