SAP S/4 HANA to SAP CPI SOAP message using Consumer proxy through logical port from SOAMANAGER

We have a scenario where SAP S4H will have to send SOAP messages to SAP CPI.

We have tried to use Consumer proxy method in S4H and send data to CPI using Logical port creation in SOAMANAGER. When tried to create logical port in SOAMANAGER with WSDL based configurations and tried to use the CPI WSDL url, got error as "status 401 unAuthorized".

Can anyone guide with the right process for this scenario.
