• FUE - S/4 Hana enterprise cloud (3SL).
• Transactions - trading platform integrations.
• Objects - Group reporting.
• Transactions - SAP Documenting and reporting compliance and service.
• Transactions - Multi bank connectivity.
• GB - S/4 Hana Cloud Hana memory.
• Objects - SAP Documenting and reporting compliance and service.

Could you please let us know what are the licenses are referring to? and where we can check this in the SAP S/4 HANA public cloud system.

I think that the correct way is to reach out to your CSP or Account Executive attached to your account (not sure about this, but if you go over the limit the CSP or AE will be reaching out to the customer).
