Hi all,

Our customer want to put non-SAP app on SAP Rise IaaS

eg SAP Rise IaaS 32G for Windows

How about backup and restart servers, etc ?

Any document can find for the IaaS scope ?

The IAAS is infrastructure only, SAP will not provide any services on an IAAS server.

Customer needs to install and operate the server and install applications himself.

Once we prepare the IaaS box we handover the system to customer and remove all access for us. We do not access it and in case IaaS goes down we can restart it but no other updates or services provided beyond that. It is blackbox for us once we handed it over to customer .
