SAP Public Cloud TDD Scope Item Activation 6W3

Hello Experts,
we are currently trying to activate the scope item 6W3 in our TDD system. Our Problem is that we cant find it during scoping in the CBC. After doing some research we found a spread sheet from SAP, which list the following scope items under the "Required Scope Items and Business Conditions" for 6W3. 
"6W1; 6W2; BD9; BME; 5D2; 5HP"
Does this mean we have to activate these scope items in our system before we can add 6w3 ?
We greatly appreciate any help.

Yes, there are dependencies between scope items in Transportation Management.

6W1 - External Transportation Planning	6W3 - Transportation Execution 6W4 - Freight Settlement	The listed scope items must be activated together with 6W1.
6W2 - Manual Transportation Planning	6W3 - Transportation Execution 6W4 - Freight Settlement	The listed scope items must be activated together with 6W2.
