SAP Public Cloud - Maintain multiple delivery address in Purchase Order

In S/4HANA ME21N Create Purchase Order, field Address No. under tab Delivery Address. User will select multiple address using this field to change address.

However, we cannot found where to maintain the address no. in Public Cloud "Create Purchase Order Advanced App". We checked the case below, it mentioned using BADI to maintain the multiple address.

Could you please confirm if any app can maintain the address no. or need to use BADI to maintain it? Thank you!

There are no apps available currently in S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition. The alternative would be to use BAdI.

The BADI can be used to modify the address, but not for user to select address in PO.

I found that when I change delivery address in PO and save the PO. It will generate a address number which can be selected in Manage Purchase Order App within Tab Delivery Address - field Address. But it cannot be selected in Create Purchase Order App.

Do you know how to maintain the address no. and select it in Manage Purchase Order App?
