In SAP Public Cloud is there the option to define administrative regions specifically for Intrastat reporting? There is such an option for On-Premise, which allows to:
1. Define such regions, which are separate from the general regions in SAP.
2. Map these regions to the general regions. So that for example, if a product is sold to a destination in general region 22, in the Intrastat the region that is mapped to general region 22 is recorded.
I can't find the option for this within CBC for Public Cloud. Is the recommendation to set up entirely new general regions? What do we do with the existing ones, since those can't be deleted?
To give more context, we can't use the existing general regions, since they are defined with two-number codes, while the local legislation requires that the regions in the Intrastat report are only with three-letter codes.
