Hello Experts,
i have the following issue when trying to upload pages in a new starter customizing tenant.
What i wanted to do, was export custom pages from a different tenant which is part of internal system environment and import them in a new starter customizing tenant for workshops.
The system tells me that the pages cant be uploaded and this is the error message:
I think the issue is, that the system i downloaded the pages from, has german as its original language and the starter customizing system usually have english as the original language.
My question is, can i do anything to solve this ? I tried changing some language keys from "DE" to "EN" in the json file that is imported, but this only results in the same error but with the translation "English(EN)" instead of "German(DE)" (compare screenshot).
Where can i even check what the original language of the tenant is ?
Best regards
Lukas

Good day @LukasKuhn
Yes, your assumption about the different languages as the source of the issue is correct.
You can find the tenants language in CBC or through “My User Information”
Since you changed the language in your JSON file, was this done in the header? If not, do so and remove German translation subnodes. If you still get error, try and recreate the page manually in your tenant.
Best regards
Chris

Hi @Chris1973
Thank you for the response. I checked the languages in both cbc's under the section "scope" and they have both "german" and "english" as languages.
I also tried a few things with the language keys in the json file, but with no luck.
If i just change keys for the "original language" i get this error:
If i change every key in the file to "en" both for the "original language" and the language" i get this error:
Which is the opposite of my original error.
And if i just change the language keys to "en" and leave the "original language" then i get this error:
It seems to me like this will be a manual task.
Hi @LukasKuhn
Those errors you see refer back to the fact that the page you exported the JSON file from has its original language set to German, but your target is to import it into an English tenant and therefore generating the errors. Here are a few details to consider:
