Hello Dear Colleagues,
My name is Gizem Kaya, and I am a PS Consultant.
I am currently working on a project where we are using the Public Cloud, and budgeting is required for our projects.
I created a project using the Project Control – Enterprise Projects app. The project ID is 25.TEST.02, and the second-level WBS element is 25.TEST.021.
After creating and approving the project, I go to the “Import Financial Plan Data” app, where predefined templates are available. I download the Project Budget template and fill it out as shown in the attached file.
Once I upload the data, the system confirms a successful upload. Then, when I check in the “Display Financial Plan Data” app, the data appears correctly — as shown in the attached screenshot.
However, this data does not reflect in the “Project Budget Report” app.
Could you please advise what steps I should take to resolve this?

Hello Gizem Kaya,
For the project budget upload to the system, whether you are using a new created G/L account(cost element)? If yes, you need to maintain the new created G/L to FSV-YPS2, and after which you can get the data in Project Budget Report.
