Regarding SAP PP/DS Functionalities, they are not available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public). You may consider of using the SAP IBP to integrate with SAP S/4HANA Cloud (Public) regarding SAP PP/DS functionalities or any partner addon and this would be a extensibility scenario and should be investigated further.

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud, below are the functionalities available as part of Production Planning.

Demand Management : Planning Strategies; PIR's;

MRP : MRP procedures;Master data;Planning process ; Predictive MRP

Demand Driven Replenishment

Production Scheduling : Capacity Planning etc
