 Delete Personalisation Data (/UI2/FLP_DEL_PERS): how admins reset Fiori Launchpad/app personalisations for a user. Use this if your MM03 (GUI for HTML) layout is stuck; deleting the user’s personalisation restores the default layout. SAP Help/Delete Personalization Data

Based on your screenshot, your Fiori app layout seems to be customized or corrupt. You can fix it by:

Opening the Display Material app and resetting your personalisation. This can be done in the user settings à Reset Layout

If that does not help, ask your admin to reset user personalisation. After that, ensure you clear your browser cache or refresh the page.
