SAP Joule icon missing in S/4HNA Cloud Public Edition

Hi Experts,

we set up SAP Joule with SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition (TDD System).

The funny thing is now that some of my colleagues can see the diamond icon for SAP Joule in the Public Coud, but others can't. Even if they have the same roles in the system.

Does anybody have an idea how to define who can see the Joule icon?

Hi @SCHNEIDERT ,

Have you tried to use Incognito version of a web browser?

Sometimes the caches in the web browser prevent you from showing everything, including Joule.

After the confirmation of showing Joule icon in Incognito version, you have to delete all cashes of your web browser to clean it up.
