SAP ISU BP Creation Error "Indicate Reference Customer for TP.Function Contrat Part" E7 73

Hi!,

Im new with ISU, i hope you can help me to clarify this issue. In our business we have SAP ISU and CRM implemented so far; with ISU we have mostly PM module working, and we use PM orders to install or unistall meters in technical locations. By other hand, our customers are created in CRM, these BPs, are replicated to ISU via Bdocs. Also, we replicate Object Connection, Supply point. As a second part for the implementation we will start billing services from SAP ISU (SD).

This is a very high level context.

The thing is, we are having serious issue with the bdocs, mostly with BUPA_MAIN. When the BP is created in CRM, the Bdoc, got an error "Indicate Reference Customer for TP.Function Contrat Part" E7 73 so it just doesnt replicate to ISU.

We found that in ISU, the table TEKAND for the role MKK has the KND_OBLG flag checked, and has a "Model Customer".

So, we tried to uncheck it, and we retry the bdoc y it was successful.

However, im not sure if we will have other consequences by unmarking KND_OBLG. Can you help me to understand if i have to check another thing before taking this as a solution? Should i look another thing? what can go wrong if we unmark KND_OBLG? ill be very grateful
