SAP installation

Hai all ,

I have the laptop config of 250gb H.D, 3GB Ram, O/S Windows 7 utimate. In My laptop i have VM Ware now I am try to

install E.C.C 6.0 in External hard disk it is possible ( with help of VM Ware)

I am using internet access also, can you provide the other solution for my problem

Which type of installation you are doing? IDES or NON-IDES

Why you want to install in External hard drive?

Thanks , IDES Only . Now i have installed in 4.7 , but i want to install

Ecc 6.0 for my study purpose only This capacity is around 320 G.B

Also i want to install in External hard drive.

Dear Ramesh,

You can install SAP IDES Ecc 6.0 on External hard drive.That configuration is enough for single user.You have to install Win 2003 Server then follow sap installation guide for installation.

Make your system dual boot. One is yr OS and other is Windows server 2003. And try again

sorry, Pls understand the question (i want do install in External HDD)

R u know E.C.C 6.00 capacity is around Whether chance to install the E.C.C 6 (320 G.B)

in my External hard disk ?

if yes, how ? directly or through V M WARE
