SAP IDCNAR AR/AGING REPORT ISSUE

When trying to run tcode idcnar in dialog mode whith customer account field empty and chosing company code it prompt for a user and password and stay blocked even when entering a user and password the popup remain blocked.

When choosing a customer account or multiple ones it work fine also when running it in background it work and generate the result in the spool of the job.

This issue is occurring because of client certificates error through the browser that you are using to access the application.

As you are facing an issue only when your are trying to use the UI via a client browser. and as mentioned backend processing is working fine.

Hence please try checking your userid password or check with your organization IT team for the Client certificate issues.
