Hi Experts,
we have an issue in the sap hr system, while hiring process happening through the integration we have seen the sap id (user personal number) is skipping 1 or 20+ number ranges. mostly the employee are hired through the master data flow which is receiving from the ORACLE HR1S to SAP System after all the data process we have seen the number ranges gap.
tested in direct sap hr system while hiring in directly in sap system there is no number skip its generated in the order.
1. Data received from the ORACLE source system through the idoc (soa middle/ safe transfer middle ware)
2. once data posted to sap system it has to process and generated the new hired user.
this is the process , please help me with your solution and where need to check and fix the issue.
