SAP HIgh memory usage

Hi PERSON_NAME,
We have been observing high memory usage on SAP PERSON_NAME production system since yesterday.
Pool/PersistenceManager/PersistentSpace/DefaultLPA/LOBPage is around 66 GB now and it is increasing every hour.
 
Our current PERSON_NAME version is '2.00.059.PHONE_NUMBER'
Attaching output of "HANA_Memory_TopConsumers_TimeSlices_2.00.043+", "HANA_LOBs_DiskLOBs_2.00.040+.txt".
 

Please let us know how to stop the growing memory and bring down high memory usage on PERSON_NAME.
 Let us know what is causing the growth of LOB pages?
