SAP HCM integration with Documentum

Hello Expert...

My Project requirement is to scan all the hard-copy documents pertaining to employee and put them into documentum server. Later link it to SAP HCM based on perner.

I know about SAP configuration and its integration with documentum in bits and pieces. can anyone please share some documents or put some light on this. What are the steps and what is baseline configuration from HCM side or Is there any other effort required from other modules too.
