SAP HANA Business One 10.0 manager password unknown during the first log in to the demo company

Is anybody aware of the 'manager' user login password for the demo company with SAP HANA B1 v10.0? Tried 'manager', 'password', empty - nothing works.

The error message I am getting is - 'Enter valid user name and password'.

I have come to realize that the demo database 'OEC Computers' is not listed as a component to install during the installation.

According to 'Administrator's Guide, 'If you want to install demo databases, ensure to extract or copy /Packages.x64/Server/Demo Databases as well. Note that you must keep the original CD structure, with these folders in a separate parent folder'.
