SAP GROW embeded TM - multi pick and multi drop scenario with different carrier

Dear Expert,

Good day, we have opportunity for S4HANA Public Cloud, but the customer raised some requirement in the transportation area. we have check SAP documentation but still cannot finalized the answer.

case TM 1: multidrop with different carrier

• Truck A (carrier AAA) bring 2 delivery order (freight unit) with customer 1 and customer 2.
• Truck A start from plant to customer 1, drop delivery order for customer 1 "and hand over" delivery order customer 2 to Truck B (carrier BBB)
• Truck B (carrier BBB) continue to customer 2 and drop delivery order for customer 2
• the freight settlement needs to allocate the cost in correct proportion as above
  • cost carrier AAA to be split among delivery order 1 and delivery order 2
  • cost carrier BBB to be split only for delivery 2

Case TM2: same with case above, the difference only it involves multi pick from different plant, the rest will be the same.

can you advise whether this scenario is standard in SAP S4HANA Public Cloud.

Hi,

Transportation Management considers Incoterms during transportation planning for the purposes of stage building. TM uses Incoterm Location 1 to build freight unit stages. Kindly explore this option of Incoterm and Incoterm locations and check if you can model your scenario.

Good day, after exploring and also getting help from SAP principal presales teams,
unfortunately, the use case is not supported yet.

The multidrop is supported, but in the case of multidrop with multi carrier involve is not yet supported.
